Yes, Neo is free to download and use with an invitation code. We may introduce optional premium features later, but the core experience will always remain accessible.

Does Neo collect my data?
Neo collects minimal, anonymized data necessary to improve performance and user experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Any personalized features require your explicit consent. We have GDPR etc compliance from Day 1.
Is my browsing activity tracked for ads purposes?
Neo does not track your browsing history for advertising or profiling purposes. We collect some data (see the answer above).
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Neo does not use your private data or browsing activity to train any 3rd party AI models. We don’t train internal models at this point either. Any AI-driven features that require content analysis (e.g., summarization or reminders) are either processed locally or securely in the cloud, with your permission.
Is Neo open source?
No, but parts of Neo are built on open-source components, like Chromium.
How do I import my bookmarks and history?
Neo lets you import your bookmarks, saved passwords, and browsing history from Chrome, Firefox, and Edge during setup—or anytime later via Settings.
Will Neo work with my password manager or sync tools?
Yes. Neo supports most third-party password managers like 1Password and LastPass.
How often is Neo updated?
